Brought my vehicle in to have the brake system checked out. Within ten minutes they told me the struts were bad. Knowing that wasn't the issue, I took it elsewhere for a second opinion. Turns out it was the ball joints that needed work. Don't waste your time at this place.

Went in for an undercarriage check because of concerns from a long move. My car rides perfectly smooth with no rattles or play at all. The inspection recommended front brakes that I definitely don't need, then kept pushing ball joints, tie rods, alignment work, and control arm repairs. None of it made sense to me. I got a second opinion and the other shop found absolutely nothing wrong with any of those things. Don't trust them to touch your vehicle. They're just looking to make sales with fake problems.

Stopped by a location for a tire repair. They refused the job, saying the tire was too old at five years. Come to find out, the industry standard is ten years before a tire is considered unsafe. Then they claimed the tread was worn down. But the actual minimum is two-tenths and mine still had five-tenths. The original tire only came with seven-tenths anyway. They're just trying to scare people into buying new tires they don't need. I did my homework and found out they were wrong on both counts. They're targeting people who don't know better. Disappointed by the dishonest tactics. Going to reach out to management about this.

Made a reservation to get my car looked at and wasted three hours sitting around while they took other people ahead of me. When they finally got to me, they said I needed sway bar links and brake pad work done. Together with two tires, they quoted $2700. That seemed way high so I asked them to just fix the main issue, which brought it down to $1700 for the sway bars and pads. Still too expensive, so I got it done somewhere else for a fair $1000. Then Belle kept calling me for days trying to convince me their diagnosis was right and threatening that the other shop wouldn't do all the work. They even tried to match the lower price. It felt like they were specifically targeting me as a woman to overcharge me. Would not recommend, especially if you're a female customer.

Then I actually went in person and they completely backed off from that guarantee, even after they'd already ordered replacement tires in to swap them. Went up the chain to corporate to get answers. This is ridiculous. They made a promise and then refused to keep it. And now my safety is being compromised because of bad tires. There's no excuse for this treatment. Find somewhere else to shop.

Used to go to a location near me for years and they were reliable and trustworthy. My whole family went there, including my parents. But about a year and a half ago everything changed. Every single time someone goes in, whether it's new tires or a quick patch, they get pressured into expensive upsells. My father went in for just front tires. Fast forward two years, and after rotating the tires regularly at every oil change, they developed a terrible noise. Just yesterday the front right started losing pressure, dropping 10 psi in one night. Called the store and got told I'd need to wait two days for service. When I pushed back, they mentioned I'd bought an "entry level" tire, which they claimed was fine when I paid for it. Turns out they don't even carry that model anymore. I'm completely done with this company and won't be returning.

How does a customer with basic car knowledge figure out what's wrong faster than your so-called professionals? I came in with a theory about what the problem was, they suggested something completely different, did the work, charged me $450, and two months later admitted that my original diagnosis was correct? Why would I know more than the experts?

The management and leadership at this company are terrible. Their only interest is ripping off customers. Avoid doing any work there.

Had my tires swapped out here and the experience was way better than I'd anticipated. Dave really worked hard to find reasonable pricing options for me. He even helped me swap out my key fob battery. Professional and helpful from start to finish.

Got brand new tires installed and within weeks one started leaking. The technician told me I needed to buy new rims. I said absolutely not. Then he suggested buying just one rim. I explained that they clearly didn't inspect or clean the rim before installing the tires. He came back saying the aluminum rims couldn't be cleaned anyway. Wouldn't even look at it until late afternoon, or I could book an appointment for tomorrow or the next day and sit around waiting. Zero effort on their part to check the tire, fill it up, or do anything. Just excuses and sales talk. I'm going elsewhere to get this fixed and won't be using them again.

This company seems designed to take advantage of customers, and honestly a lawsuit sounds about right. I had a terrible experience at the location near me, and the whole operation is the problem. Check out the reviews online and you'll see what I mean. For instance, they advertise free flat repairs and free tire rotations, but good luck actually scheduling that on their website. Call the shop and the fastest appointment is like a week out just for a flat. If you actually show up in person, they'll tell you to drop off the car with no shuttle available, and they might get to it in several hours or maybe tomorrow. A flat tire needs to be fixed same day, not a week later. This place markets services they don't actually provide in a timely way. They should put a booking option on their site and tell customers upfront that flat repairs could take forever. I'm staying away permanently.
