Best Buy #27 Appleton WI

Best Buy #27 Appleton WI. We purchased a 3d Printer online and went in to pick it up. Everyone was helpful. The store manager (I am sorry we didn’t get his name) asked if we put it on our Best Buy card which we had not done. He had Josh help us out. He made the switch to our Best Buy card easy. Josh is a kind young man. He is customer focused and has a sense of humor. Thank you two for the excellent service and also to the other young men and women who offered assistance as we went through the store.

Impeccable Service!!!!

Uncertain why everything on Trustpilot for Best Buy is titled Disappointed customer??? This is not true. I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.I had an excellent experience at the Best Buy Gateway Location in Brooklyn. Lizbeth and Christian provided truly impeccable customer service. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the different refrigerator options and what each one had to offer. They also gave me really helpful information about the Best Buy membership and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.It's rare to find customer service that feels both professional and genuinely supportive, but Lizbeth and Christian delivered exactly that. Thank you both for your help. You made a big purchase feel much more manageable. I highly recommend this location and I hope management recognizes them for the outstanding service they provide.

I find Best Buy a great alternative

I find Best Buy a great alternative to Amazon. Sure, things are little more expensive, but they refund policy is honest. I also get the option to pick it up in the store the same day.

New GM making a difference

Since the forums are gone, I am leaving a review here. The store in Longview, TX - Store 594 opened in the early 2000s. Initially, they were very customer focused and had the old store format. Over the years, they drifted away from that and became very profit focused. They rarely solved issues, management had awful attitudes that trickled down to the entirety of the store, and if anyone had a serious issue and asked to speak to corporate, the GM would tell them to call 800 Best Buy, which never did anything. For a long time, you could only reach corporate via the forums, which are now gone. I stopped shopping there. They were awful. In a pinch, last year I bought a TV for my parents for Christmas. Not even 24 hours past the last day of the manufacturers warranty, the TV failed. The new GM (since February) found my receipt and told me to call Geek Squad thinking that maybe they would still honor the manufacturers warranty since they are able to work on that particular manufacturer. As usual, the Best Buy representative was rude, cold, and uninterested. She told me I couldn't talk to a supervisor and that there was no solution for what I was seeking. Jason, the GM who was standing next to me through the whole call, told me to drop the call when I could and follow him. He decided that being legalistic about the timeframe given that it wasn't even a full day past warranty wasn't worth sending a customer elsewhere. He was able to replace the unit and provide me with a very similar and comparable unit and with a small upcharge, a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan, which I gladly paid. I realize that some customers are difficult and there are no solutions, and that we customers can't always get what we want - that sometimes we are unreasonable. But Jason recognized the situation as an opportunity to show some good faith towards customer relations and you know what - it worked. It was a huge step forward in me having the confidence to shop there more regularly. Well done. Will be back!

Hello World!I had to take time to write to thank Gavin and Wade and one other (whose name I cannot remember) (Silverdale, WA USA location) for their EXCELLENT customer service and thorough knowledge of computers.In the end, I purchased the iBuyPower AMD Slate Mesh system at a great Black Friday/Cyber Monday price.I have NEVER used AMD, and needed a new system because I snapped the RAM connector on my previous Dell R16 Alienware i9-14400kf.They were amazing, plain and simple.It is clear to me they care. I've seen many negative reviews on Best Buy and no replies from the Company.My experience was beyond stellar. I will be a customer for life.Thank you for reading and your awareness.JH
