I like the tops I got but need to return one. The only way to reach customer service is email and they never write back. This is really frustrating.

Very frustrating! Purchased an e-gift card on a Monday to send to someone by Thursday. It didn't show up when promised and their automated chat support said it takes 2 business days to process. But Monday plus 2 business days would be Wednesday, so it should've been there Thursday. Makes no sense. Plus there's zero phone support available, just email. Would not recommend to anyone. Completely unhelpful.

Mid length warm up puffer jacket for $200. They used to put a sleek black plastic zipper on these that looked pristine and worked great. Now they've switched to a cheap silver metal zipper that snags and looks tacky. If you're cutting corners on materials, the price needs to come down too. Could grab the same thing on Amazon for a third of the cost. Had to send mine back.

Same problem as everyone else here. Orders showing delivered but they actually weren't. No refund offered and they won't resend anything either. Their customer service is a joke. If the support person handling complaints actually cares, she needs to find a new job. Stay away from this brand!

Terrible customer service experience. They don't offer phone support, so emailing is your only option and responses take forever. My order over $300 shipped but got stuck somewhere in Georgia for more than 5 business days. The tracking just says 'pending delivery date' with no updates. Their website promises 3-5 day delivery, which we're way past, and they refuse to help. Won't issue a return label or refund because the package is supposedly in transit. I had to dispute it with my credit card company to get anywhere.

Ordered three dresses and they never arrived. Checked the website for tracking and it claimed in transit status for over a month straight. When I looked up the tracking number on the carrier's website, it didn't even exist. No phone number to call for help. Email support was useless - just got automated responses saying the order was in transit. This company is a scam. Do yourself a favor and don't order anything from them.

Dishonest company. Multiple times I've gone on their site to buy something and they ask for my email and phone to send me a 20% discount code. I give them the info but they never follow through. Instead I get texted and emailed constantly about sales and promos but no discount code ever shows up. They make promises and don't deliver.

Absolutely horrible customer service. You've lost me as a regular buyer.

Terrible customer service from start to finish. My pants order arrived incomplete and I can't get help calling or texting the number on their receipt. Now I'm stuck filing a credit card dispute to fix this. Really annoying situation.

Skip ordering from them entirely. Terrible customer service and their shipping company keeps losing packages with zero refunds from the company. I actually like their clothing but only grab it in person at stores or boutiques. Their online ordering is a nightmare. Look at their Better Business Bureau page and you'll see tons of complaints.

This company offers decent products but terrible customer service. It's like going to a great doctor whose front desk staff is completely incompetent. You lose customers when dealing with problems is this much of a hassle. When something goes wrong there's nobody available to help, so why would anyone keep buying from you if you make customers feel unimportant?

Awful customer service and the quality of their clothes has gotten noticeably worse. They're clearly more focused on making money than keeping customers happy. Acting like this is only going to hurt their business long term since people are fed up. Time to step up your game!

Can't get responses to emails and there's no phone line to call about problems with your order. Really disappointing that this company hasn't improved their customer support situation. It's crazy that a business this size only offers email contact. They should add a chat feature or at minimum a phone number for customers.

Really disappointing customer experience overall. I'd been shopping with them for a couple years, but my last order went wrong when they charged my card three times instead of once. I asked right away for the extra charges to be refunded. Had to wait for all three shipments to show up, then buy and print return labels myself and send them back through the mail, which was a huge pain. Eventually got two refunds back but never heard back about the third one. Tried emailing customer service multiple times with no response. They don't take accountability for their system errors or the trouble they caused me. The items are nice but the service isn't worth what you're paying. Done shopping there.

Bought a $110 sweater and washed it in cold water with low heat drying. It shrunk down like two or three sizes smaller. The sleeves came up about 6 inches and the body shortened just as much. Posted a review on their website and they wouldn't publish it. Emailed them asking why and never got a reply. Used to think they were decent but I'm done with them now. Won't be buying again and I'm telling others to skip them too.
