Had a really unpleasant driver experience. He got upset at me for letting my elderly parents board before I showed him my London pass, saying something like don't pretend you're pulling out your phone to show your pass when you're not really trying to. Really strange attitude, and Big Bus needs to work on driver training. This happened on the Blue Route at stop 15 around 12:30pm on a day in March. The other staff member was nice though.

Don't recommendYou'll notice there aren't as many big buses available in London when you compare them to other hop-on-hop-off options. Even with my London pass in hand, my experience with Big Bus was pretty disappointing overall.

Two fantastic staff members from Big Bus Tour helped my family and me out with our tickets since I was having trouble connecting on my phone. I'd already bought them but had a small problem, and the gentleman and lady at the Westminster bridge location were so helpful. They got us on board and assured us everything was taken care of. They also let us know we could hop on the night bus and the boat ride as well, which was super useful. Definitely would recommend getting your tickets through Big Bus Tour. This is honestly the best way to see London and get oriented to the city. We grabbed a 2 day pass that came with the Greenwich boat tour. The boat ride was fantastic with live commentary throughout. We didn't end up using the night route due to weather, but the bus guides were really well informed and gave excellent descriptions. I wish we'd booked this company when we went to Paris
