Ordered a soft plush pink dog bed from BigW Marketplace but accidentally got the large size which is way too big. Can't go to a store to exchange or return it. Have to deal with the seller Prime Cart through email. They won't do exchanges, only partial refunds. But first I have to pay to ship the bed back, then they hit me with a restocking charge of 5.99 and a dispatch fee of 7.55. So I only get back 26.41 on a bed that cost me 39.95. Unbelievable. Will never buy from BigW Marketplace again. Really let down by this.

I've always been happy with BigW until they launched the marketplace. Fair warning though, carefully review each seller's refund policy before ordering. My experience was awful. I got a toddler rail that was too big for my son's bed. Instead of automatically refunding me they asked for photos claiming it was just a change of mind, even though the item wasn't safe for use. It was unopened and in original packaging but they still gave me a hard time. Really poor customer treatment. Update: Once I contacted BigW directly instead of the seller, I got my refund. But that marketplace seller was extremely difficult to work with and BigW eventually saw the issue was on the seller's side.

I made a sizing mistake and wanted to return my item. Couldn't get any response back. Even after contacting BigW directly they couldn't help me out. Look, if something can't be returned that's one thing, but the total silence is unprofessional and really annoying. This was my only purchase from the marketplace and will be my last. It's actually making me shop at BigW less overall.

Ordered an item online from BigW marketplace that was shipping from Melbourne to Perth. Paid for shipping but two weeks later it still hasn't arrived. I get quicker delivery from overseas orders. When you're paying for shipping you shouldn't have to wait this long.

I thought I was ordering from the main BigW store but turned out it was the marketplace. Is this basically Temu under another name? The large canvas I got was ridiculously small. The photos show it draped over a three seater couch but it would barely fit on a one seater. Plus it came rolled up and clothes-pegged over my fence by a delivery company I'd never heard of. Same issue happened with a rug I bought weeks ago, it's very large but extremely thin. Definitely learned my lesson about BigW marketplace.

I ordered a dining set along with bedroom furniture totaling 2 separate purchases. The delivery situation has been a complete disaster. After a week I got both bedside tables but only half my tall boy arrived in one box. I'm still waiting for the second box to complete the drawers. Then I got 2 chairs, followed by 2 more chairs days later, but the actual dining table still hasn't shown up nearly a week after receiving the chairs. Neither of my two orders has been completed. The customer service communication has been absolutely terrible. I will definitely not be ordering from them again. I placed this order right after Christmas.
