I can't imagine how they could make this experience worse if they intentionally tried. Orders weren't shipped complete in the first place, then they denied it and claimed everything was delivered even though the shipping company had photos showing otherwise. Their response was disappointing and I would not recommend anyone use them. I wasted weeks trying to get this resolved. I provided plenty of evidence and it still took forever and they're acting like I'm the problem. I got recharged last week after already having issues. Not worth the hassle or the money spent.

I ended my subscription but I still have boxes coming because I paid for a whole year upfront. Since I'm no longer an active subscriber, Birchbox seems to have ignored me since I don't get their emails anymore. Now I'm having trouble customizing my remaining boxes. They won't let me pick items for my upcoming box and their customer service keeps leaving me hanging. I doubt I'll come back after this. There are definitely better options out there. I've updated this after hearing back from Birchbox. I still haven't gotten any emails from them in months. They said they'd look into it but nothing changed. I finally got a response with a customization link, but the original email issue was never fixed. I'm hoping things work out this time.
