You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery if they're in original condition and packaging. All returns must be made online at birkenstock.com/us/returns
Final sale items (discounted 40% or more) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Skincare items can be returned free within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping) and take 2–3 weeks to process.
Birkenstock is not responsible for non-Birkenstock items sent by mistake.
