This wasn't the service level I'd expect, especially when they advertise 2-4 day delivery for in-stock items.
Terrible experience with customer support. Hard to figure out who actually runs this company. The orchid I bought in April broke apart as soon as I opened the box and I've been battling to get it resolved.
