Took forever to arrive. I paid for next day delivery which turns out isn't even really offered. That's nuts. Finally showed up on August 31st.

The carrier really bungled this shipment like I figured they would. Only two of my three packages made it. The third one was supposed to show up today but didn't, even though tracking showed it was out for delivery. I was home the whole time. If I'd known you partner with this carrier, I never would have ordered. I won't be shopping here again. They're dragging down your reputation with their failures.

Placed my order on Saturday when everything was supposedly in stock. By Thursday afternoon I still hadn't gotten a dispatch confirmation, so I called and found out it had been sitting in the warehouse for days. They said they'd follow up. Called back that evening with no response, then was told it would ship Friday and take at least five days. Since this was supposed to arrive before the holidays and some items were gifts, I decided to cancel the whole thing. This wasn't the service level I'd expect, especially when they advertise 2-4 day delivery for in-stock items.
