Absolutely disappointed. I purchased a screw-in stud specifically to prevent it from coming out of my nose and paid $21 for one piece. Well, it still came out. I reached out to customer service and they helped me with the return process. Since my card had been replaced, I was assured I'd get store credit instead. The credit never showed up. When I contacted them again, they apologized but said the item wasn't in stock anymore. What followed was tons of back-and-forth. I wasn't looking to buy it again, I just wanted the store credit they promised.
