Bojangle’s Shipping Policy

If you place an order through their website or app, confirm whether pickup is available at your location and review any associated timing or order minimums that may apply.
Bojangle’s Returns & Refund Policy
As a restaurant, Bojangles handles service issues differently than retail stores. If you have concerns with your order or experience, contact the specific location or corporate customer service through bojangles.com to discuss your options and any remedies available.

Bojangle’s Reviews
Bojangles is rated 1.8 out of 5 by 18 shoppers, with a majority expressing significant dissatisfaction. Common complaints center on food quality issues: chicken that tastes old or overcooked, dry and crumbly biscuits, cold food arriving from the restaurant, and products that do not match their descriptions (such as receiving dark meat instead of white meat). Service problems are also recurring, including excessively long wait times in the drive-thru (often 15 minutes or more), slow staff at certain locations, and managers refusing to serve customers dining inside the restaurant. A small number of reviewers note that some items like the Cajun Filet have decent flavor, but these positives are far outweighed by the frequency of quality and service failures.
The overwhelming majority of recent reviews are one or two star ratings, suggesting that Bojangles is not meeting basic customer expectations for food quality, portion accuracy, temperature, and operational efficiency. Shoppers report feeling they received poor value for their money and express frustration with what they perceive as declining standards or inadequate staff management at multiple locations.
The Cajun Filet was pretty good and had some heat to it, but the biscuit was crumbly and dried out, impossible to eat without falling apart. Waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru just to get lukewarm fries. Not what you want from a quick lunch break.
I was really excited to try the sweet potato pie. What a disappointment. I'm from North Carolina and I know real quality sweet potato treats when I taste them. First off, the dough is way too thick. All you get is dough in your mouth. Second, the nutmeg flavor is completely missing. You're giving customers such terrible products, North Carolina should kick you out of the state for serving stuff this bad.
Used the drive-thru and ordered a quarter white meat meal. They made me pull forward and sit there for 10 to 15 minutes. When I got home and opened it up, they'd given me quarter dark meat instead, and the piece was noticeably smaller than advertised. The food came out cold from the restaurant. The sides were supposed to be green beans and mashed potatoes. I got the green beans but only a small cup of gravy with no actual potatoes anywhere. I paid for white meat and got this treatment.
The Canton location has to be the slowest Bojangles anywhere in this country. The staff there just stands around doing absolutely nothing.
This morning, just like two other times recently, the manager told me and other customers that they don't have enough time or staff to handle orders from people sitting inside. They're pushing everyone to use the drive-thru during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or you won't get served at all. That's lazy and irresponsible when there's obviously plenty of workers on the clock. There were lines stretching out the front door with elderly folks and people with health problems who can't stand around forever.
Stopped by for some chicken and had a terrible experience. Got the 8 piece family meal but the chicken tasted like it had been refried multiple times and was sitting around. Every single piece was tough and flavorless. If they keep putting out this kind of chicken, they should shut down. I threw away 28 bucks on this garbage.
Ordered through a delivery app and it was a complete mess from beginning to end. It took forever to get here, almost 60 minutes, and nobody said anything about what was taking so long. The driver should have kept me posted. When it finally showed up, the drink order was completely wrong and the dirty rice leaked all over everything. Bojangles used to be reliable but lately it's basically on the same level as any other fast food chain. I asked for my money back and never got anything.
Had an interview last week and the experience was awful. The woman who greeted me didn't say hello or ask how I was doing, just had an attitude the whole time. She basically threw a notebook on the table and told me to write my name. She said she'd call back after talking to the scheduling manager but I never heard from her. I gave up on the job. They need to stop hiring such older workers for these fast food positions.
My order was incomplete - no mashed potatoes and no BBQ sauce. The chicken tenders weren't actually tender like they should be. On top of that, the Cheerwine tasted like it was mostly water.
The Powhatan location keeps messing up my orders. Their tea tastes like it's mixed with soda. This place barely deserves even one star.
The sausage and egg biscuit has basically no flavor at all. It needs real seasoned country sausage to actually taste like something. And the biscuits keep falling to pieces every time.
Went to the Powder Springs location this morning and they tacked an extra 75 cents onto my bill. I understand wanting to support a good cause with donations to military families, but they should ask customers first before adding charges. I actually had to ask what that 75 cent fee was about. My husband serves and we donate regularly, so I feel for the cause, but companies need to ask for permission before charging people without consent. When I tried calling corporate to complain, the line kept disconnecting and now they won't take phone calls at all.
Way too pricey for the quality you're getting these days! Every single visit to Bojangles results in wrong orders or missing items. Plus the food quality has really gone downhill - the chicken comes out overly crispy, sides are cold, and biscuits show up completely smashed. For what they charge, you'd expect better. I don't visit often, but after my last trip, it'll be a while before I try them again.
The breakfast biscuits here are truly the best anywhere, nothing beats them. I could genuinely eat their food every day without any complaints. Unfortunately the location near Bayboro, NC has never met expectations and I won't be going back there until they make some real changes.
Their breakfast biscuits are seriously the best around, no question. I could honestly eat here every single day without getting tired of it. The location by Bayboro, NC is honestly the only real letdown I've found. I won't be going back there unless they get their act together.
