The new driver just sat there on the map not moving toward me. When my pickup time passed and I tried to get help, the app got stuck searching for another driver before eventually cancelling. Their customer support is useless too. You can't talk to an actual person when you're stranded, just some AI bot giving rehearsed responses. No real assistance, no sincere apology, nothing. The prebook feature is fake and doesn't protect you at all. This company doesn't care about customers. If you have a flight or train you can't miss, don't use Bolt.
