The product quality is just not there. I have a bass component for a soundbar that's been used barely at all and it's already broken. A quick search shows this is a recurring problem. I have both a Bose mini Soundlink and a Bose SoundTouch 10. The mini Soundlink is getting close to six years old and recently started acting up, so I contacted Bose support. They arranged a courier to pick it up, repair it, and send it back, all for a reasonable fee. The whole process from pickup to return took about two weeks, and it's working perfectly now.
