Good headphones with easy to use app.

Great headphones with great sound quality and good noise cancellation. They pair quickly with all devices and have really good battery life. The bose app is useful for changing eq and which devices to connect to.

Resolved - Bose Insults Loyal Customers with Outdated, "Pay and Wait" Trade-In Policy

The below described issue has been completely resolved with speed and a focus on customer care. It was resolved within two hours. 5 StarsI am a long-time Bose advocate who has spent thousands of dollars on their products, including two pairs of $1,000+ aviation headsets, soundbars, and multiple pairs of headphones. Despite this, Bose’s trade-in policy is an absolute insult to a loyal customer.I have already paid over $300 for new headphones, yet Bose refuses to ship them until they receive and "process" my old unit. This creates an unnecessary, weeks-long delay that modern retailers like Amazon eliminated years ago. Amazon trusts their customers by shipping new items immediately and using a credit card on file as security; Bose, however, holds both my payment and my property hostage.It is unacceptable for a premium brand to treat a customer with my purchase history with such a total lack of trust. This sequential shipping model is inefficient and demonstrates that Bose is hopelessly behind modern retail standards.Product: Bose QuietComfort Ultra (Trade-in of QC15)Serial Number: 051346Z00321654ACDesired Outcome: Immediate shipment of my paid product and a modernization of this restrictive policy.

Bose store in Dubai mall

We were walking around a mall in Dubai and walked into the Bose shop and was met by a really nice assistant called Carroll Clive. I explained that I own a set of Bose earbuds the set before the Ultra ones on display and Carroll explained how much better the latest ones are. I looked at the price and he explained we could claim ‘duty free’ at the airport.I said I’d think about it and compared the UK price vs Dubai price. I then looked at the soundbar on display and Carroll gave us a demonstration and it was fantastic with the curtains around our area. I then decided to purchase the Ultra earbuds, Carroll did the duty free paperwork and we left the store.I just want to say that Carroll was a delightful man and a great ambassador for the company.

Repeat customer

I have had excellent experiences on several purchases thru bose.com. Better options such as color choices than buying elsewhere, great return policy, a price match policy they honor without difficulty, trade up value on some old products, responsive customer service, and very fast order processing and shipping. I really like their open ear buds, starting with their first model. When it was discontinued I switched to a different brand, which was also very good, but once the redesigned Bose option was available I came back. My most resent purchase was a 2nd set of these since I liked the others so much more than the other brand's.

Support on Bose's QC Ultra 2nd Gen

I bought Bose's QC Ultra 2nd Gen. After like couple of months, I could barely hear through the right bud. I submitted a request through the Bose application on my iPhone. I got an instant response from the Tech Support and they immediately issued replace order. Two weeks later, I got my new Bose's QCU 2nd Gen. I must say, Bose is my go to place for headsets, earbuds, and speakers. I honestly believe this is one of the few decent companies in our time.

I have received the best service anyone could ask for from Bose. Their customer service and policy are second to none.A few years ago, I bought Bose earbuds. After about two and a half years, they stopped working properly. I contacted Bose, and without hesitation they asked me to return the earbuds and, within a few days, sent me a brand-new pair.Two years later, the same thing happened again. Once more, Bose immediately replaced my device with their latest and more advanced version—without arguments, delays, or complications.
