Prices are way too high and the service was painfully slow.

Things have been sliding downhill here quality-wise. There was a time when I really looked forward to coming, but lately I'd rather spend my money at a different chain.

The quality of service has really taken a nosedive around here lately. I used to genuinely enjoy coming here, but honestly these days I'd rather take my business somewhere else.

My recent visit was really disappointing. The wings had uneven sauce coverage with some coming out completely dry. The wait for food was ridiculously long, and it arrived cold. The portions were tiny and the prices felt way too steep for what we got. The staff was pleasant and kept checking on us, so I'll give them credit there. But the actual quality of the food just didn't meet expectations at all, so I won't be returning.

I stopped by recently and walked away pretty disappointed with what happened. My wings weren't sauced evenly - some had way too little coating and others were bone dry. The food took forever to arrive, and when it showed up, everything was already cold. Plus the portions felt really small compared to the cost. The team members were nice and attentive though, so that's something. But the actual food quality just didn't match what I was hoping for, so I'm not planning to go back anytime soon.

Ordered ahead online and made a 20-mile drive to pick it up, only to get told the order never went through, even though I showed them my confirmation. They offered to remake it but said I'd need to wait another 30 minutes due to computer glitches. Since I had my dogs waiting in the car, I couldn't stick around. No refund receipt was given either. When I called to request a regional manager, they refused to connect me. This whole situation was a complete disaster. I ended up spending my $75 at a different place that actually has things under control. You guys need to sort out your operations before worrying about other stuff. Plus honestly, the wings are overpriced compared to other spots.

Took my husband out for lunch expecting a decent meal, but what a letdown. Those mushroom burgers we ordered were absolutely dripping with grease. The patties were so saturated that we couldn't even hold them without the grease running off. The buns soaked it right up, the tomatoes were way past their prime and basically mushy, and there were zero mushrooms on them despite that being the whole point. My Caesar salad came with no dressing at all. The service was practically nonexistent. Sixty dollars later and I have no idea what we paid for. Way too expensive for such a terrible meal. We won't be coming back.

What a nightmare this experience was! Our wings showed up with zero plates, then we had to hunt down our server to get some. After we finished eating, we sat around for half an hour before dessert appeared, and that only happened after we asked. When the cake finally came, it was missing the ice cream that should've been on it. We ended up asking for to-go containers three separate times. To make matters worse, she charged us for the cake midway through our QR code payment, which inflated the bill and messed up the tip amount way more than reasonable, and somehow deleted my two gift cards. Unfortunately, this wasn't even the first bad visit. Last time the waitress was so sweaty that she held the food right up near her face and mouth. It's just gross. The other server at least remembered customers, but this one seemed totally unprepared. Both times have been pretty miserable overall.

Terrible experience overall. I ordered online for pickup at 10pm and they said it'd be ready at 10:20pm. We didn't get our food until 10:51pm. The staff kept making excuses, and it wasn't even a busy night or prime time. When we finally got it, the food was lukewarm, dry, and oddly mushy all at the same time. Really odd texture. Needless to say, this was a disappointing visit and we won't be going back.

Stopped by for a quick lunch today and had an awesome experience. My server was fantastic, greeted me with genuine warmth, and told me all about the lunch specials right away. I went with the 10-piece wings combo and a soda. She stayed on top of things the whole time, making sure I had everything I needed. Her approach to customer service was really impressive. I'm definitely coming back, and hopefully I'll get her as my server again!

The manager Kirk at this location is an absolute standout! He treated me and every single customer who walked in with genuine respect and authentic customer service. He always thanks people as they're leaving, which is such a nice touch. He even showed me how to download the app and set up my profile on my phone. You just don't see managers going the extra mile like Kirk does these days. Really impressive!

The service staff was absolutely wonderful and the place stays spotless even when things are chaotic and packed. I'm thrilled because they finally got my order exactly right and my lemon pepper wings were perfectly cooked with an even coating just the way I like them. The order was flawless and I got mostly flats which was perfect. Everything went great and I'm over the moon with how it all turned out!

Our server truly went above and beyond for us tonight. She made the whole experience outstanding!

Our server Penny absolutely killed it tonight. Her personality is fantastic and she really made us feel great. The food came out incredibly fast and everything was spot on. I'm definitely going to be telling everyone I know about her service!

The sampler platter was absolutely delicious! Every item tasted amazing and the sauces really made them shine. Those Caribbean jerk boneless wings and the blue cheese dip were phenomenal. Best mozzarella sticks I've ever had, honestly. Our server Caitlyn really helped us figure out what to order, answered all our questions, and our meal arrived super fast. Plus my drink never got empty the whole time.
