Grabbed a game changer bag during Black Friday. It was available for quite a while after I bought it, so I even checked back when someone asked if I wanted to get them one too. Everything from my order shipped except the bag. I reached out to customer service and within minutes got a refund email saying they'd sold out. But that doesn't make sense - I ordered it while it was available, got a confirmation, and it said pending shipment. How does it not occur to them something's missing until I message them? If you're getting stuff shipped to Europe, get ready to pay 50% more because of customs fees, which honestly sucks. They should look into doing pre-orders or something. This isn't worth your time or money.
