I ordered a beautiful spring arrangement in an elegant vase for a memorial service honoring my mother-in-law. What showed up at the door was shocking - the flowers were completely dead and shriveled, looking like they'd been sitting in a dumpster for days, stuffed into a cheap metal bucket instead of the vase I paid for. When I called to complain and ask for my money back, they basically told me they reserve the right to send whatever they want if the original item isn't in stock. Holiday 2025 Disaster: Both Product and Service Failed. During the 2025 holiday season, I placed an order for a Christmas arrangement to give to a family member. When it arrived, it looked nothing like what was pictured on their website. The flowers had brown discoloration already showing on the edges, and leaves were falling off left and right. I contacted their support and they basically told me to remove the dead leaves, trim the stems, and use fresh water, as if that would somehow fix the mess. I responded that I'd already done all of that, and they just stopped responding. I then tried calling the phone number on their site and left a voicemail, which nobody ever called back. At that point I found the owner's email and sent him two separate messages with photos showing the problems. He ignored both emails. This company markets itself as a luxury florist, but the flowers were terrible and the customer service was even worse. Don't waste your money here.

Six Roses Became Four, and Quality Was Disappointing. I ordered what was supposed to be a six-rose bouquet. The whole thing showed up a full day later than promised, and when I opened it, there were only four roses inside. One of those four looked absolutely awful and was already halfway dead.
