The customer service team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They reworked the proofs multiple times until I was 100% happy with them. The shipping was fast after I approved the design, and the packaging was better than anything I've seen for photos before. These canvases arrived in excellent condition with really secure packaging. The print quality is outstanding and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to create canvas art of important people in their life.

I ordered what was supposed to be a framed print for a Christmas gift, but they sent me a rolled up photograph instead of a canvas with no frame. I sent support photos of the box and shipping label with my order details, but now they're making me go through a ton of steps just to get a refund. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it still arrived two days late. Both the product and customer service were disappointing.

My experience with Canvaspop was awful from start to finish. The first canvas they sent had the bottom of my image cut off and it was way too dark. When I complained, they told me that canvas prints naturally get darker. So I asked them to lighten it to match my original photo. The second canvas they sent was just as bad. The border around the image was completely uneven on all sides. I was really excited to get this canvas but they messed up twice and then refused to make it right. When I asked for a refund, it turned into a nightmare situation. Not only did they ignore my instructions, but it's clear they don't know what they're doing.

The team at Canvaspop worked really closely with me to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The colors they printed were beautiful and matched my photos really well without being too intense. The framing looked nice and polished, and the price point was reasonable.

I ordered a canvas portrait of our dog who had recently passed. The color on the first print wasn't quite right, so I reached out and they got back to me immediately with a corrected reprint. There was no extra charge and I even got to keep the original print. Working with them was fantastic and I'll definitely order from them again without hesitation.

This was a terrible experience overall. I ordered a large print for $500 and the first one showed up completely destroyed. The customer service person said they'd send a replacement at no extra cost, which seemed fair, though they asked for additional photos given how damaged it was. When the second canvas frame arrived, it was warped so badly that one corner sticks out about 2.5 inches more than the corner opposite to it. It looks awful hanging on the wall. The representative refused to help because I'm using a picture rail system. I'd suggest going somewhere else if you want quality prints.

Working with them was wonderful. They made the changes I requested to my original photo. They were committed to making it a great experience and they definitely did that. The framed piece I received was stunning and exactly what I wanted.

UPDATE: I'm changing my rating because customer service finally reached out. They offered a full refund or a replacement, which I really appreciated.

I've gotten a couple of prints from them over time. The smaller one was fine. But then I ordered a huge 60 by 40 inch print. The stretcher bars they used were so thin and flimsy that it broke during shipping. They said they'd reprint it free, and I got it today. But again, the stretcher bars are way too flimsy for something that size. This time it didn't break, but the image isn't even fully stretched across it and there are wrinkles. I'm really disappointed after spending so much money on such bad quality. You'd be better off with GREATBIGCANVAS or another trustworthy company. Honestly I doubt some of their good reviews are real.

My photo wasn't ideal for enlargement, but they made some improvements and it turned out beautiful. The materials are really nice, the color printing has great depth, and the canvas stretching is excellent. It went beyond what I was expecting. Everything printed quickly and arrived on time. Fantastic experience and I highly suggest them.

The canvas collage with the white frame is absolutely gorgeous. The quality and finish are amazing and I couldn't be happier with it. My daughter and son-in-law are going to love it as a Christmas gift. The delivery was super fast as well. Thanks so much and I'd definitely recommend them!
