I picked up a mini skincare kit as a gift and one of the bottles was only filled halfway. This is really unacceptable and disappointing.

Really let down by my latest purchase. Nine days have passed and my order is still showing as just confirmed, nothing else. I reached out to customer service and they basically said I should have noticed some banner about shipping delays, which is pretty frustrating. There wasn't any clear heads up, no email warning me, and honestly no real help. I've been shopping with them for a while, but this really exposed some major issues with how they communicate. I really hope they step up their game and get better at letting customers know what's actually happening with their orders.

Your website promises two day shipping. It's been over ten days and I have absolutely no updates on where my order is. Getting a response from you took forever, like two full days, and even then you couldn't tell me when it's actually shipping. I can't even cancel it! The way you handle customers is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I've never dealt with service this bad! This doesn't seem like a legitimate business, it's a complete disaster and honestly feels like a ripoff. If you can't operate a business properly, maybe it's time to close up shop and stop messing with people's time and hard earned money.

You can get these same items for way less money if you shop around. The excuse that their higher prices make sense because of points and free stuff doesn't hold up at all. Honestly, those loyalty points only matter if you keep ordering straight from them, and 'free' products shouldn't mean you're actually paying for them through inflated prices. I'm done shopping here and I've already told my family and friends to go elsewhere. These products are available much cheaper if you look around the market.

I ordered two bottles of their vinoclean but it never arrived, even though it showed as being handled by the shipping company. I reached out to the carrier and got nothing back. When I got in touch with Caudalie through messaging and email, they said the carrier marked it as delivered, then they just stopped talking to me. I can't really recommend buying from their website. I'll stick to shopping at physical stores next time. Update from late March: still waiting for my package that supposedly was already delivered.

Absolutely terrible customer service from start to finish. I placed an order on their website almost two and a half weeks ago and haven't gotten my package yet. To make it worse, they sent it to the wrong pickup location which is nearly 50 miles away from my house, then basically told me that's my problem and I should go get it. The support team was really rude about the whole thing, wouldn't even cancel the order and give me my money back.

I had something I needed help figuring out and she was super helpful, really understood what I needed, and fixed my problem quickly and nicely. I'm really into what this company stands for and how clean their formulas are. Honestly I wish I could afford to buy everything they make!

The results speak for themselves and their customer support came through when I needed it. A Sephora associate turned me onto Caudalie's vinoperfect collection like five years ago to tackle my dark spots and pigmentation issues. The improvement was incredible, my skin looked so much better. I've stuck with them since then. I also tried their Resveratrol line and loved it for hydration, honestly it worked better than the retinol stuff I was using before. When I had an issue with the packaging on their anti-aging cream my first time trying it, their customer service team handled it like pros and sent me a replacement right away. Sure, the prices are on the higher side, but in my opinion it's worth it. I'm going to keep being a loyal customer because my skin is proof it works.

I got a damaged product in my order and asked customer service if they could send me a replacement atomizer so I could actually use it. They flat out refused. Now I'm stuck with a pricey oil that's basically useless to me.

Their stuff is pricey but they choose to use one of the worst shipping companies available in Canada, Canpar. These guys are super unreliable and honestly their tracking system is basically pointless. There are definitely better choices out there if you're looking for beauty products online.

Amazing. My skin is really reactive to most things but this company's products actually deliver. The stuff they use in their formulas is solid and the pricing is actually reasonable compared to other similar brands. I would definitely recommend them 100%.
