I ordered two bottles of their vinoclean but it never arrived, even though it showed as being handled by the shipping company. I reached out to the carrier and got nothing back. When I got in touch with Caudalie through messaging and email, they said the carrier marked it as delivered, then they just stopped talking to me. I can't really recommend buying from their website. I'll stick to shopping at physical stores next time. Update from late March: still waiting for my package that supposedly was already delivered.

To make it worse, they sent it to the wrong pickup location which is nearly 50 miles away from my house, then basically told me that's my problem and I should go get it. The support team was really rude about the whole thing, wouldn't even cancel the order and give me my money back.
