I've attempted multiple times to set up an account so I can buy and ship to my country, but the address entry keeps glitching - it keeps switching my country selection and asking me to enter state codes that don't exist in my location. This broken feature is preventing me from completing any purchases.

I've been to the Chanel boutique at this location multiple times and sadly the experience has been letdown after letdown, especially when a certain employee is working. A luxury brand should deliver professional, polished, and courteous service, but instead I got arguments, rudeness, and a cold atmosphere. One visit I was told information about my account that wasn't accurate, delivered in a way that felt rude rather than helpful. That kind of treatment is beneath what Chanel customers should expect. Management really needs to step in here - staff should be trained to treat people with respect and make them feel welcome, not unwelcome and defensive. Chanel's reputation is built on refinement and excellent service, so this situation needs fixing.

The items themselves are excellent quality and the turnaround time was quick. However, I ran into some problems with how things got to me. To their credit though, Chanel responded fast to sort things out.

As always, my order showed up super fast. The way everything was packaged was fantastic. I sent friends some nice gifts including glasses, cologne, and makeup, and everything arrived wrapped beautifully with sample products included. The shipping was handled really well. Got my body lotion delivered by courier in just 2 days with no extra shipping charges. It came with complimentary samples too. The packaging was seriously thoughtful - everything was arranged in a gorgeous gift box with a small pouch for the samples. Opening it made me feel like a VIP customer.
