I had to return two ties that were given to me as gifts, so I called customer service first. They clearly stated the refund would be applied as a gift card, not back to my original payment method - which was important since they were gifts. The refund went back to my card anyway. When I called to report the problem, I was told they couldn't do anything and a manager would need to call me. The manager called back and basically said the same thing - nothing could be fixed, no alternative solutions, and no gesture of goodwill. Their mistake and refusal to correct it has cost me £60. It's completely unacceptable. Inaccurate information, poor handling of communication, and absolutely no accountability. I thought they'd provide better service than this. Really disappointed and won't go back.
