Cider Returns & Refunds Policy
Cider offers a 14-day return window from the date you receive your last shipment. All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags and hygiene stickers (for swimwear) attached.
A restocking fee of $3.99 per parcel is deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs of processing returns and ensures returned items are handled sustainably.
As a new member, you receive a free return coupon for your first order, which waives the restocking fee.
Once your returned package arrives at the warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
