I ordered some cigars that never showed up. When I tried to contact the company about it, they basically ignored me and didn't care at all. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank. This company is terrible. Don't bother with them.

The company has been hitting my account with charges over $16 a month for the past six months supposedly for some club that came with free shipping. Here's the thing though: my previous order actually had me paying for shipping separately, and these charges didn't even start until more than two weeks later. I called and they insisted that I signed up for this club with that same order, which makes zero sense. When I pushed back, they basically said there was nothing they could do about it. After more than two decades of being a loyal customer, I'm done shopping with them.

This is a criminal operation. I bought something as a holiday gift and got automatically charged for some membership club. I caught it and asked for a refund and cancellation. They took it off on their website but never actually gave the money back. Then a month later I got charged again. Called again, same story. They said they cancelled it but no refund came through. A third month went by and boom, another charge. I reported the whole thing to my bank's fraud team. Do not buy from these people. Update: After my third call, I got an email from someone claiming that the charges from mid and late February were declined by my bank and never actually taken out. That's complete nonsense. I showed them the transactions right there on my statement but never got a response. My bank managed to get one of the three charges reversed. It's not even a huge amount of money, but that's exactly what they're counting on. They hope you just won't notice. Back with the fraud department.

This whole program is a scam and I shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to get them to quit charging my card. I've spent a ton of money with them over the years and I'm never going back because of this. They've completely lost my trust.

My order showed $37.50 on the page but I got charged $56.99. And that's before shipping, plus some crazy tax and excise charge that came to $8.21 on a $37.50 item. Final total was $76.61. What in the world. I'd worked with this company many times before and had always had a good experience. Customer service started off offering a $10 refund but I pushed back. We eventually settled on $20 but it should have been closer to $25. I'm done with them now. Everything on my account showed the $37.50 price, and right now if I check their site it still says $37.50. But the invoice came out at $56.99 plus all the additional fees totaling $76.61. Seems like a computer glitch on their end. I sent tons of emails back and forth with their customer service department with screenshots and links all showing the same $37.50 price. Never again.
