This is my first company review ever. The customer service has been absolutely disappointing. I've been a loyal customer for years and recommended them to family. Every order used to arrive perfectly addressed, but my last shipment went to a house I lived in four years ago because of a glitch in their checkout system. My current address was set as default, so I have no idea how that happened. I didn't even own this product back then. They offered neither a replacement nor a partial refund, just cold email responses. There are plenty of other hydroponic pod sellers out there, including on Amazon, and I'm switching. Not worth spending fifty dollars only to get bad service in return.

It's too early to really say. My package hasn't arrived and I haven't gotten any confirmation that it's shipped. They were good in the past, but that was a while ago. For all I know the quality could have dropped significantly. Can't form an opinion on something I haven't received.

Hard to review this when I don't actually have it yet. Haven't gotten the package and no shipping notification has arrived either. They worked fine before, but I have no idea if they're still quality since I can't see what I ordered. Can't evaluate something I don't possess.

I was so optimistic about this. My first basil crop actually turned out okay, but then I bought eight different plant packs at premium prices and six of them just developed mold and mildew without ever sprouting. This feels like a scam. I bought through Amazon and they claim you can return items, but that's misleading because Amazon doesn't allow direct returns on this product. I can't even contact the company directly. It's just more plastic waste. Avoid it.

Coming from a competitor's product that underwhelmed me, this has been a complete game changer. The harvests are generous and actually make sense for real cooking. Nothing tastes bland. I'm already enjoying my third growth cycle. Maintenance and cleanup between plantings is effortless. I'm genuinely excited about this!

My previous gardening system wasn't cutting it for me. The output was small and cleaning it was tedious. Now I'm on my third round with this setup and loving it more each time. I get real quantities of fresh plants that I actually use in my kitchen. Everything tastes authentic and the maintenance between cycles is a breeze. Best decision!

Switched from another indoor garden system and what a difference! The previous one gave minimal yields and was a nightmare to clean. Five years of owning three of these systems with absolutely no problems until this week. The grow lamp gradually dimmed and eventually quit working. Contacted support and got a new one sent out under warranty super quickly, even though I reached out late in the evening. Their support team is incredibly responsive, well organized, and professional throughout the whole process. Honestly one of my favorite companies to do business with!

I've owned three of these systems over the last five years with zero issues until recently. The grow light dimmed and stopped working completely. I contacted their support and they immediately started the warranty replacement process. Within less than 12 hours, they had me sorted out with a new lamp. Their customer service team is responsive, professional, and keeps you informed every step. They're genuinely one of the best companies I've worked with!

Used to have great success with every pod that came in my Click and Grow orders. The last few months have been a different story. My 9-pack pods are only sprouting about half the time, and the 3-packs are mostly duds with maybe 2 out of 3 germinating. Not sure if it's a quality control issue or a supplier change, but either way, I'm not paying for seeds that don't grow. I've paused my subscription and will probably look elsewhere for pods. The actual garden systems themselves work beautifully though, so no complaints on that end.

Really love this product. Ended up buying a second one as a gift for someone. I've successfully grown herbs, peppers, and now I'm experimenting with flowers. It's a perfect addition to my home office space!

Using this system to grow vegetables for cooking and as food for my rabbits. Setup is straightforward and it's a responsible choice for the environment. Can't find a single thing to complain about. Absolutely fantastic!
