That update didn't fix any of the long-standing issues that have been there since the product first launched in 2020. Their website promises regular updates and improvements, but that just isn't happening in reality.

Update: I did get in touch with the distributor who has actually been trying hard to help track down a battery.
Spent around 200 bucks on a CDR900 E and got burned. They advertise that smartphone app feature to help sell the product, but after I bought it they basically ditched support for it. You used to be able to quickly get your dash cam footage onto your phone, which was super convenient. I emailed their support team and they actually admitted they're shutting down the app. They really don't care once you've given them your money. Their support is basically nonexistent.
