I bought their most expensive custom covers with a 10 year warranty. After about two years, I started seeing mold growth underneath them. This has never happened with my other covers, even the cheap ones. I called the company and they said the mold wasn't covered by the warranty and suggested I try bleach. I won't be ordering from them again.

I placed an order that didn't show up when it was supposed to. Rain was coming so I had to buy a different cover from another store. Almost a month went by and still nothing. I checked everywhere including my neighbors and the post office. Nothing turned up. When I asked Coverstore for a refund, they said no but would either send a replacement I don't need anymore or give me store credit instead.

The zipper on our umbrella cover broke but it was 30 days past the 3 year warranty. They offered a 25% discount which seemed way too low. We've been loyal customers for years and this was disappointing.

Bought a black cover for my outdoor furniture. Within a month the top part faded to gray from the sun. Now I've got this two-tone cover that looks pretty bad.

The sales staff was awful and gave me bad advice on what to order. Then the customer service team wouldn't fix the mistakes that came from their reps not knowing what they were doing. The quality control is really poor too. My cover arrived with a huge hole in it.

I measured my patio lounge chairs using their sizing guide and the covers fit perfectly when they arrived. First time ordering custom covers so I'll update later on how they hold up during the season.

I ordered expedited shipping and my package never made it to me. The delivery window was supposed to be 12:50pm but instead I got someone else's order. When I reached out to customer service about this mix-up, they refused to give me back the expedited shipping fee and didn't seem bothered that I had another customer's package. I've had to call my bank to dispute the whole purchase since I still haven't received what I paid for. Plus I took off work waiting for this delivery that never happened. Can't recommend them.

Really recommend this company. I've been buying their stuff for the last 13 years and haven't had any complaints. They actually honored my warranty claim without me having to fight about it, which was awesome. I'll definitely keep ordering from them going forward.

Got some Prestige Collection custom covers for my patio furniture set that had 9 pieces and cost over $1100. The covers themselves are really great quality with thick materials, drawstrings, and buckles. I'm confident they'll hold up through our winters here in the mid-Atlantic. Love the craftsmanship and would tell others to buy from them. But there were some bumps along the way. My credit card company flagged the purchase as fraud and blocked it. I had to verify it was me and call Coverstore to have them rerun the charge. It took a few calls and a lot of back and forth questions to get it sorted out since their team didn't really have a process for this. Also, the covers came from China in two separate shipments with different tracking numbers, plus the storage bags shipped separately from Texas, so I ended up with three packages total. The website doesn't make it clear that items come from multiple locations.

I normally don't leave multiple reviews, but this product made me want to write again months later. We purchased 8 custom covers in fall of 2023 and just removed them after winter. These are seriously well made with perfect fit thanks to the clips and ties, and they look stunning. Even after a full winter season they look like we just unboxed them. They completely protected our nice outdoor patio set. Definitely value for the money spent.

The build quality is fantastic, they fit great with excellent clips and ties, and look beautiful. After a full season they still look brand new. Kept our expensive outdoor furniture totally protected. Absolutely worth it.

Don't waste your money. The warranty is worthless. My cover ripped from regular use at the two year mark of a three year warranty. Customer service claimed I wasn't using enough air bags under it so the warranty doesn't apply. Nothing in my paperwork mentioned needing air bags for the coverage to be valid. A $400 cover shouldn't fail after two years of normal use. We don't even have harsh weather or snow here. Skip this brand.

We've bought many covers from them over the years as we've gotten more furniture. The only things that damage them are squirrels panicking and getting rough or us not handling them right. We've also gotten custom covers that work just as well. Coverstore is where we always go.

Watch out before buying. I got the prestige version with the 10 year warranty. In less than a year, all the covers grew thick mold on the inside. The warranty states they cover defects in construction and performance problems that aren't from normal use. The whole point of keeping furniture covered is to stop mold, and these covers completely failed at that job in Florida's humid climate. I told Coverstore and they gave me cleaning tips that didn't work, then basically said I probably put wet furniture under them. That's not what happened. They offered 40% off replacement covers but I'd still be spending over $1000 for covers that already failed once. I'm really let down by how they won't stand behind their warranty.

This is my second time buying from Coverstore! My patio furniture has stayed in perfect condition for four years now. The quality of what they make is excellent. We're lucky in San Diego to have nice weather that lets these covers last even longer. Really satisfied with the product quality.
