Meat quality is disappointing. The ribeye and sirloin both came out tough and tasteless. You get better cuts at Costco for way less hassle.

Delivery promise wasn't kept. I had people coming over Wednesday. They said the meat would arrive Wednesday the 9th, but when I called that day they told me Thursday instead. The whole thing was a mess and they didn't even try to fix it or say sorry.

Got only half my order. Out of the two things I ordered, just one showed up. I reached out to their support team about the missing item worth over 400 dollars and got nothing resolved. Wouldn't recommend them and won't be ordering again.

It's gone from slightly pricey to absolutely ridiculous. You can get five or six pounds of chicken at the store for about eight bucks. Their 3.5 pound chicken? Twenty-five dollars. That's a jump from a dollar-thirty per pound to over seven dollars. I understand feed and processing costs have climbed, but this feels like they're taking advantage. I want to support small farmers - I grew up on one - but when the price is triple what I can get elsewhere, I just can't make that work anymore.

Not worth it. The cuts are way too thin and loaded with fat. When you get a pack with two chops, they're different sizes and thicknesses. I placed one order and cancelled right after. This was my first time trying a meat delivery service and honestly it's made me wonder if I want to try any of them. Skip this one.

Shipping problems and terrible follow-up. I ordered 150 dollars worth to qualify for free shipping. It arrived on time but zero dry ice in the package. The meat had already started thawing even though it was like 20 degrees outside. I grabbed pictures right away and emailed them. Four days passed with nothing. Sent another one through the website. Finally got a reply asking for more details, so I answered. Radio silence again. Another email and still nothing a week after. Never ordering from them again, their support is a joke.

Genuinely pleased with the entire experience. My order from them was really solid. Their beef and pork selections are fantastic.
