Incompetent , rude, ineffective …

On 12/18 I dropped off a refill request for medication. On 12/22 I received a text saying the medication was ready. I got there Tuesday , am i was told it was not ready. Out of stock. I returned on Wed. Only to find out it was still out of stock. Today, Friday, 12/26 was told …”out of stock”. I explained that I needed the medication for tomorrow, Saturday. The cashier shrugged her shoulders again. I was then told I could pick it up tomorrow after lunch. As I was leaving the store , I was called back to the counter where I was informed that they wouldn’t have the prescription until Monday because tomorrow is Saturday. I was sent to another cvs. I received the wrong address from the CVS representative helping me. I went to the wrong CVS 55 minutes away. I finally found the correct pharmacy, where the cashier would not speak to me. She pointed at me, then pointed at the iPad. I said I have a question. She pointed her finger at me and said after you fill that out, meaning the iPad. I have never met a bunch of rude, uncaring incompetents working in such an important industry. I have no medication. If I could leave a zero at this time I…

If I could leave a zero at this time I would. There is a bit of confusion with my prescriptions so I called the local CVS by my house on Silver Springs shore on State Road 40. The man I spoke with told me that my prescriptions were there and then I could come and pick them up. When we got there, they said that they were out for delivery and I would have to wait till they returned for me to pick them up. I’m wondering why the guy told me they were there only an hour before this. I have already been without one medication for two days and I was supposed to start a medication two weeks ago and I’m still waiting on it seriously going to change pharmacies after this.

Pharmacy fairy tales

I have been to this Pharmacy for the last 3 days trying to get my medication and they say that it has not come in I needed Januvia for my blood sugar and for some reason I have to go drive around the circle again because they still working on it when they knew for last two days that I needed it they're very irresponsible and making sure the patients get the medication that they need they need to be sure to do a very well checked inventory on what medications are running low so that they may Supply the customers needs this could be life or death for some CVS village drive Clayton

CVS cannot run a retail pharmacy business!

CVS has managed to take its pharacy automated telephone response service too a newc low. Up until a year or so ago, one could call the line, put in your prescription number and order a refill. If no refills were available you could respond for CVS to contact you prescriber. For years this system worked well. Then CVS started messing with the system, adding annoying marketing time wasters and making impossible to just key in your prescription and be. Today I had my worst experience yet and when I finally reached the store staff they told me I had no refills on my blood pressure medication I have taken for over a decade. I told the staff that my label said 3 more renewals before September 2026. I was told I was wrong. So I called my doctor who told me I had three refills remaining. But he renewed it for me anyway. I regularly fill about 8 prescriptions at CVS. BUT I HAVEVREACHED THE END OF MY ROPE. EVEN THOUGH IT WILL BE BURDENSOME I AM FINDING A NEW PHARMACY. I HAVE HAD IT CVS EVEN THOUGH I know my local pharmacy staff and they are always courteous and helpful, their employer is destroying the business. Heads should roll!

Humans not allowed

This pharmacy has removed the "human" factor. I am now only a number. They have found it impossible to align all my prescriptions so they can be refilled in one visit. They refuse to put one of my scripts on auto-refill (even though I have been refilling it for 2 years) and now, they dont even keep it in stock, so when I call to refill, it takes several days to get it in the pharmacy.

Given wrong medication for 3rd time.

Continually have issues here. This is the third time I have canceled a prescription via their automated text service and it was filled anyway. My husband went to pick up another script and was given the one that was not supposed to be filled. I went back to get the correct prescription and when I explained what had happened and that this was the third time a prescription was filled and I wasted money being given the wrong medication the associate told me that in person transaction is given priority and the automated service and web service have had issues since they have been inodated with new customers with riteaid closing... so I just waste money because cvs cant manage their own system, at this point im out about $80 because this company cant get their $hit together?! This is horrible

The new system for the pharmacy is very bad. Very confusing for older people and it can't understand what people are saying. Keeps restarting. Very frustrating!! 😡 If this isn't resolved I guess I'm going to a different pharmacy. Very, very disappointed 😔
