I really dislike this invitation service. Using it actually stresses me out. It doesn't work well with all devices. I thought I'd updated my information on my iPad, but it ended up sending people the wrong date. The website is hard to use and takes me forever to find basic things like the guest list. They have no customer support. One more thing, it won't let me adjust the time zone. I'm on the East Coast but my event is on the West Coast, and the site just won't let me change it. This site creates problems.

This is awful. I spent $36.00 twice just to add more guests. More than half of the people I invited told me they never received anything. When I asked about getting some kind of refund or compensation, they said no. Don't bother with this company. Go with someone else.

This website is misleading and the user experience is terrible. I'm frustrated with the same issues everyone else has. What a rip-off. They want $70 to send 40 invitations online. Show your pricing upfront instead of letting people spend an hour building something only to find out the cost is way too high and have to start over somewhere else for a fraction of the price. Yes, that's about 90% cheaper with another service. The high price isn't even my main complaint. Just be honest about it before people waste their time on your site.

I created an invitation for 84 people and 54 of them never got it. I tried removing and re-adding them one at a time, which helped a few, but the problem kept happening with many others. When I reached out for help, all they told me was to delete those people and just email them a link myself. That's not what I paid for. This whole thing has been a nightmare. I've had to chase down people repeatedly to make sure they got their invitation, and it's been incredibly frustrating with zero support from their team.

It's good for organizing events, but the experience is really frustrating. I can't reply to event invitations through their text messages, and messaging them just sends you to a different email address. Even worse, you can't respond to an invitation through the link they send unless you give them an email address. The whole thing feels clunky and awkward.
