When I had problems with a defective product, Davines refused to own up to it. They pointed the finger at the retailer and said they'd get back to them on my behalf. Spoiler alert, they never followed up with me. This has been hands down one of my worst experiences with any company's customer service. I used to be loyal to Davines but after this I'm done shopping with them.

Got the Minu Duo and Minu Hair Serum shipped out really fast with no issues. Overall happy with what I got, though the price tag is pretty steep. They smell nice and work as advertised for color protection. That said, honestly they might not be worth what they're charging. I've found similar quality products for less money elsewhere.

The products are fine but their customer service is absolutely awful. I spent a hundred bucks on shampoo and it arrived with a broken pump. Neither the salon nor Davines seemed to care. Davines wouldn't even throw in a couple samples so I could test the conditioner before dropping another hundred. I really regret spending that much on shampoo but I'm putting this out there so others can learn from my mistake. There are tons of equally good or better options from companies that actually respect their customers. This brand clearly doesn't get who their customers are. The way a loyal customer got pushed aside when asking for something reasonable says everything you need to know about how they operate.

Had trouble trying to return a product that didn't work like it claimed. They kept going back and forth asking me for the order number even though my husband placed it with his email on file. They had all the info they needed but this person named Amy just kept refusing to help me out.

They charged my credit card but I never got the product. Their only way to reach them is email. They told me to file a claim with the shipping company but it got rejected because the product apparently was never shipped out in the first place. I had to fight with my credit card company to get my money back. Not ordering from them online ever again.

I tried the MINU shampoo for keeping my hair color and it was a total disaster. My hair is curly and fine and long, and it got so matted and tangled I could barely use it twice! The salon where I bought it wouldn't refund me so heads up, don't get Davines products from a salon unless you've tested them first, and definitely check that it works with curly fine hair.

These products are way too harsh for my scalp. I used them on my colored hair, doing the shampoo with the MELU serum and the ALCHEMIC Conditioner in Tobacco shade. Really let down by how they performed, they actually dried out my hair and made my scalp really irritated. Would stay away from these.

I absolutely love what Davines does. Been cycling through their Purifying and Energizing shampoos and gels for quite some time and I still notice the difference every single time I use them. My hair looks and feels healthier than it has in years and even though it costs more, it's totally worth it. My sister in law turned me on to it and now I won't stop telling everyone I know about how great it is!

I dropped over $200 on Davines products and when they showed up, the box was destroyed and soaking wet. The shampoo had leaked everywhere and that stuff is not cheap at all. Thankfully I managed to save most of the other items. But here's the thing, their customer service barely exists. I reached out multiple ways throughout the week and never got a response. Seems like they don't really care much about how they treat their customers.

The products themselves are great but I have a problem with their delivery partner. Every time I order, they skip actually coming to my house and I end up having to drive 30 minutes to pick it up. I'm going to order from a different retailer for my Davines stuff from now on.

Recently bought two products with flip top bottles and the hinge snapped on the first use. Now I can't trust that the lid will stay closed or keep the product sealed when it's bouncing around in my bag. Called customer service and basically got told too bad, that's not our problem. Asked for a replacement bottle and was told they don't keep those in stock. They suggested I contact whoever sold it to me to get them to provide one. Really disappointed that after spending good money on these products the company shows zero interest in whether customers are satisfied.

Got some Davines items about six months back and while they're pricey they definitely delivered. The Alchemy copper shampoo works perfectly for my hair and gives it a nice color boost without being too much. Their SPF face product goes on smooth even though I usually can't stand sunscreen on my face but this one is tolerable. The texturizing serum is my go to because a little goes a long way so one bottle lasts forever. Planning to try more of their stuff.

Found Davines back in 2016 while I was living across the pond and I've stuck with it ever since. Tested out other brands but nothing compares to Davines. Really into the Oi line but honestly I've gone through just about everything they make as my hair needs have changed over the years.

Davines is seriously my favorite and the MELU line has me hooked. My hair was in terrible condition, I was shedding like crazy and the ends were super dry while my roots were super greasy. I tried everything and nothing worked until I found Davines. It's such an amazing brand, has clean ingredients and smells wonderful. Within a couple weeks my hair was back to normal. Now I can't use anything else because this product literally saved my hair and nothing else comes close.

Bought their silver hair shampoo and conditioner and I'm really upset with what happened to my hair. I wanted that beautiful silver tone but what I got is some nice silver color mixed with brassy blonde strands and some brown or gingery bits that look awful. Turns out my new growth is coming in silver grey but the rest will take about a year to grow out. I'm honestly devastated and thinking about talking to someone about whether this can be fixed.
