Track your order on the app. Because Finish Line ships items from its warehouse, orders may be completed in multiple shipments. Or contact Finish Line’s Customer Care for instructions on returning the incorrect item and requesting shipment of the correct order.

It will really depend if the order is marked as delivered by the courier. If this is delivered, there’s no refund since it is the courier’s fault. You can request the courier a refund.
