Most of the meats I've ordered have been delicious, but the two rib roasts I got recently didn't meet my expectations. I cooked them exactly as instructed and they looked great on the outside with good quality meat inside, but there was way too much fat that couldn't be rendered down properly with the cooking method given. Cooking it any longer would have dried it out. It didn't seem worth what I paid. I also tried the black pudding balls, but they fell apart during cooking and turned into a flat mess. Not sure if I'll order from them again.

I placed an order for a whole slow cooked shin of beef with all the fixings for Christmas. When it arrived, the main piece of beef was missing from the box. I sent an email but didn't hear back, so I called instead. They said the beef had been out of stock when I ordered, but they charged me the full price anyway and never let me know the centerpiece wasn't available. This left me scrambling to figure out what to do for Christmas Day. I still haven't received a partial refund or any apology for their error. It's really disappointing since I've been a customer for many years.

I haven't received any cancellation confirmation email, and most frustratingly, I haven't gotten my refund. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has changed that. If this is how they treat customers, I'll be buying my meat elsewhere. Hopefully they'll see this and cancel my Christmas order and process my refund promptly.

I've tried the chateaubriand and the filet steak, which is absolutely fabulous. Each piece is perfectly sized for one person and so tender it just melts on your tongue. I just ordered some burgers, sausages, and more steak. Everything arrives well packed with great delivery information. The service is fantastic and they're my go-to place for all my meat now.
