I grew up in Columbus and remember when Donatos first opened. Their sauce was incredible and their ingredients were always fresh and quality, which honestly makes all the difference in great pizza. But I stopped eating there years ago because something changed with the taste. This year a friend of mine offered me a slice while we were on a road trip to Springfield. I actually turned it down at first because I wasn't a fan anymore. Later when I got hungry, I asked for that slice and wow, the pizza tasted exactly like it did way back when! That sauce brought back so many memories. My issue is that it seems like different Donatos locations might be using different sauce recipes, and that feels like false advertising to me. I'd really like to know what's going on with this.

I've been eating Donatos for years and it never disappoints. The flavor stays the same every single time you order. Whether it's the sauce or the toppings, they've got their act together. I'm locked in as a customer for life!

Growing up in Ohio, I never thought Donatos made great pizza. But now that I'm living in Florida, I decided to try their new stuffed crust after seeing an advertisement. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The crust, toppings, the stuffed crust edge, and sauce were all really delicious. I usually go with Papa Johns, but their stuffed crust option only comes on a large, which is way too much for just me. There honestly isn't good pizza anywhere near me, so finding a Donatos that actually delivers is huge. I'm definitely a believer now. This has been the best pizza I've had since moving to Florida four years ago.

There's a serious problem with management at this location. The manager's living space is in absolutely unacceptable condition, filled with animal waste throughout the entire area including the kitchen where food is prepared. The place is infested with multiple pest problems including fleas, roaches, and bed bugs. Living areas are completely overrun with trash and filth everywhere. This location should be shut down immediately. This person is handling food for customers, and the consequences of this situation have negatively impacted my professional life in major ways. If things don't change, I will be contacting adult protective services to have the residence inspected for neglect. The conditions are revolting and this individual should not be in this position.

I enjoy their food quality, but their marketing strategies and promotional deals are really disappointing. Their recent promotion advertising items at five dollars each actually ends up costing way more when you buy them, with fees eating up most of the savings. When you order through their website, they require you to add a tip right away, and it feels like you have no choice since your order quality might depend on it. Another frustration is that advertised specials often show as expired by the time you try to actually complete your purchase.

I grabbed a pizza from Donatos recently and it was a total letdown. The crust came out burnt and the taste wasn't what I'm used to from them. Did they change their recipe or something? If they did, they need to go back to the original because this pizza was absolutely terrible. They've lost me as a customer for good.

The one here in the Winter Park area of Florida is unreliable. My wife and I are originally from Ohio and were excited to finally find a Donatos location here. We drove more than an hour and a half to get there only to see a handwritten sign saying they were closed because their supplier didn't show up. So we made the trip again and found out they had water issues. The third time we went, they were unexpectedly doing renovations. We can never seem to catch this place open, and honestly we've lost trust in them at this point.

I stopped ordering from Donatos for a couple years after a bad experience where my order was wrong. When I called to complain, they basically made me feel like I was lying about it. I just recently decided to give them another chance, but honestly it's been the same issue all over again. When you're spending good money on food, you expect it to come out right every single time. I've ordered twice now and the second time was even worse than the first. I asked for a light bake with extra sauce, but the crust is always overdone and there's barely any sauce on it at all. I'm done throwing my money away there.

I placed an order late in the evening on the twenty-second of February around eleven thirty at night. I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas, a ham and cheese sub, and ten bone-in wings. The total was forty dollars and thirty-seven cents. I paid with a digital payment app, and the payment went through, but my food never arrived. When I called the next day to talk to a manager about either getting my order or my money back, they claimed they had no record of my order in their system. They were rude and unhelpful, telling me I'd have to dispute the charge myself. I was essentially stolen from and treated terribly. Donatos really needs to do better and refund my money.
