Terrible customer service experience. While the liquid lipsticks are fantastic, I'm based outside the US and had to wait over 3 weeks for delivery with no updates on my order. Customer service didn't respond to my inquiries, and they also charged me extra duties and fees. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from them again despite loving their products.
I made a purchase and was charged taxes at checkout, thinking that would cover my international order. When the package arrived, I was charged taxes again plus additional fees from customs. It turns out the company never paid those taxes I charged them. When I contacted customer service about this, they tried to confuse me about what happened, then claimed it was out of their hands. They said an international manager would handle it but I never heard back. This is unacceptable behavior from such a large makeup company. They shouldn't be collecting taxes if they're not actually paying them.
