This company's customer service is honestly some of the worst I've ever experienced. They advertise discount codes that supposedly save you money, but they never actually work when you try to use them. This keeps happening repeatedly. Getting them to actually respond to complaints is nearly impossible. Also, I find it concerning that they're marketing beauty products to younger customers. As a parent, I think it's inappropriate and frankly disturbing to encourage kids to feel like they need to measure up to adult beauty standards for profit.
