The new policy changes are terrible for sellers. They're forcing us to accept all returns no matter what, even when a buyer just ordered the wrong thing. Australian Consumer Law doesn't require that but they're making us do it at our expense anyway. The best we can do now is claim the buyer damaged it on purpose to get 50% back instead of losing everything. This company only cares about keeping scam buyers happy and saving money for themselves. They don't care that their rules go against Australian law.

Ratings are meaningless here. I've left a few negative and neutral reviews that were honest and didn't break any rules, but sellers got them taken down without effort. Seller scores don't mean anything when feedback can be removed so easily. Also their messaging system barely works since nobody answers.

Now they want sellers to pay extra to promote listings so they can take even more of your profits. I honestly do better on Facebook and Gumtree with zero fees.
