EGO offers customers a generous window of 28 days from the receipt of your order to return an item you decide against keeping.
To ensure your submission is accepted, items must remain unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, all underwear and swimwear must be returned with the original hygiene tags still fully in place. EGO will unfortunately dispose of items that are returned damaged, visibly marked (like makeup), or appear used, and no credit will be issued in these cases.
To initiate a return from the US, you must use the official portal, which incurs a standard cost of $9.99 USD for the return label.
Once your return arrives, the Returns Team may take up to 15 working days to process it; the subsequent credit should appear in your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
