They refuse to settle a damage dispute I've been trying to resolve for years. They put me on a no-rent list allegedly because of something internal, but I suspect they're randomly assigning charges to accounts and counting on people not fighting back. Court might be my only option at this point.

They blacklisted me supposedly for their own internal issues, but what I really think is happening is they randomly throw charges at different accounts hoping nobody pushes back.
