They shut down my account without any explanation I could find anywhere. When I tried to challenge it, the whole appeals process was a disaster. It's a mess of a platform run by people who have no idea what they're doing. Steer clear of buying or selling here.

Recently bought a couple things and got totally taken advantage of. This company is absolutely awful and always takes the seller's side. They made me provide proof, which I did multiple times. I sent everything back with photos and documentation, but nothing was ever acceptable to them. I didn't want to open the packages to photograph the actual items because that would cost me more money and be a hassle, plus I wanted to get the return processed fast. Two different sellers got their items back but refused to give me full refunds, and on top of that they overcharged me twice. I've thought about suing them because I don't know what else to do. I tried reaching them so many times and all I got was excuses and the runaround. They harassed me and my bank wasn't any more helpful either. I don't want legal action but I'm at my wit's end.

You can't get ahold of their customer service team, and even when you somehow do, all you get are copy-paste responses that don't address your issue. Absolutely useless support department.

Getting help from their support team is basically impossible, and when you do manage to connect with someone, you just get generic canned responses that don't actually solve anything. Their support is completely unhelpful.

The shipping cost to New Zealand is outrageous, sometimes more expensive than the actual item. That's ridiculous pricing. No wonder folks are shopping from China or other alternatives instead.

No free return label was offered. As of mid-December, my money still hasn't come back. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

I paid $266 to send them back with no return shipping assistance. It's now mid-December and I still haven't received my refund. Don't waste your time with these companies if you can help it.
