This Business Is in Serious Financial Trouble, Stay Away. They shipped me the wrong item even though I provided them with the exact product code for something I've been ordering from them for five years, usually twice annually. They wouldn't authorize UPS to come pick it up even though it's a liquid product that could leak in my vehicle. Plus, they rejected my refund request. Instead they offered a $15 credit for a $90 order. Keep it. I'm taking this up with my credit card company. From what I can tell, there's literally only one person handling customer service there, and I've heard they've declared bankruptcy, which they don't mention anywhere on their website.

Quality Issues and Bad Support Just Like Others Experienced. The first time I washed one of my bikinis, the dye ran everywhere, destroying it completely and staining another piece. I used the delicate setting with cold water and only mild soap. The store never mentioned anything about hand-washing only. When I reached out to Customer Service looking for a refund, they turned me down despite me spending almost $600 with them over time. Can't recommend this place.

The Quality Is Actually Worse Than Budget Sites. I had the same problem as other reviewers: the fabric started bubbling and wrinkling after wearing it just once. I paid over $100 for this bikini and it's lower quality than stuff you'd order from overseas discount sites. Plus, the small size fits like it was made for someone with unusual body proportions. The inside fabric is somehow bigger than the outside, and it's bunched up really badly. Even worse, the cup inserts are oversized compared to the actual fabric. The workmanship is shockingly sloppy, and they won't even consider refunds.

Avoid This Store. I was really hopeful about shopping here after seeing their gorgeous swimwear collection, but my experience turned out to be absolutely terrible. I picked up two bikinis on my initial purchase. They didn't include protective bags, so I bought my own when I got home. I wore one of them just three times, hand-washing it gently in the sink with soap after each use, then letting it air dry and storing it in the bag. By the third time I washed it, the back of the bottoms had deteriorated significantly, with white discoloration and bubbling visible (I have photos). I went back to the store, but unfortunately it had been more than three weeks since my purchase, which exceeded their strict 21-day return window. They told me to contact their main customer service line. After finally reaching someone, they asked me to email photos of the damage. I did that right away. But here's the thing: they're flat out refusing to replace it, claiming I damaged it on something abrasive. I only wore it while swimming in my own pool. What's the purpose of a bikini if you can't even relax in your hot tub with it on for an hour or so? I've filed several complaints because I really think they should stand behind their quality.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service. I bought a $200 swimsuit and it literally fell apart the first time I wore it. When I complained, they told me the product is just naturally delicate and that it's my problem. Their response was basically to handle it more carefully and nothing else. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else. They clearly don't stand by what they sell.

Received a Pre-Owned and Damaged Garment. I placed an order for a swimsuit in store. When the package showed up, it didn't have tags attached and had several tears throughout. It was clearly not brand new. They initially refused to refund me and only wanted to offer store credit. After pushing back, they eventually processed a refund, but the whole situation left a bad taste. I ended up purchasing the same suit directly from the brand instead.

They Won't Stand Behind Their Products. I bought a bag from them. After about a year, the fabric started showing bubbling. It's clearly a defect in the material itself. The staff in the actual store were nice enough. But when I called their 800 number to reach customer service, it was really disappointing. They basically said that even though the textile is defective, they can't do anything to help me. So I'm stuck with a broken bag that I didn't do anything wrong with. If I'd shopped at any other upscale retailer, they would've replaced it or at least given me store credit. That's just how good companies operate.

Refuses to Exchange or Refund, Blames the Customer. I purchased a lovely $160 bikini at their location in person. After wearing it just one single time, I noticed problems with the bottom piece. I went back and spoke with the manager who had actually sold it to me. She agreed it should be replaced. But then their customer service department flat out rejected an exchange and won't give me a refund either. They keep insisting it's my fault. I'm completely shocked by how they've handled this. Don't waste your money here.

Checkout Problems Are Really Frustrating. When I tried to complete a bigger order on their website, I kept running into issues. Each time I got to checkout, I'd see an error message. I tried calling their 800 number but got stuck in voicemail, and I also sent two separate emails to different addresses on their site. Neither one got answered. It's pretty clear why their ratings are so low.

Terrible Refund Policy for Cash Payments, Especially for Foreign Buyers. My wife spent $400 on merchandise and paid with cash. After she tried things on a second time at home, she decided they weren't right for her so she returned everything to the store. When she asked for her cash back, they informed her they only refund up to $50 in cash and you have to wait for a check for anything beyond that. That's already pretty bad, but here's the worst part: they won't mail checks outside the US, so you need an American address to get the remaining balance. Does the store not get international customers in Florida, or are they just avoiding giving out refunds? Nobody at the register mentioned any of this when taking her cash. You'd think when someone pays cash, the cashier would explain that refunds over $50 come as a check that won't go overseas. There's a tiny notice below the register about this policy, but customers obviously don't see it. This experience has made my wife decide not to shop there again. The store clearly hasn't thought through this policy or just doesn't care about customer satisfaction.
