Found a valid coupon code for my order that should have saved me over $40, but at checkout the discount didn't show up. Sent an email to customer service and they asked me to resend the coupon. Never heard back. Finally got through to someone on the phone who apologized and promised to credit the difference right away. It never actually went through. I got my frames but I'm done with this company. Don't waste your time here.

Really happy with the replacement lenses I got. There was a small mix-up about sending in my frames but they cleared it up without any issues.

Had a terrible experience with a website glitch that kept me from printing my shipping label. Customer service said they'd email one the next day, but it never showed up. I asked if there was anything they could do to make it right and got a 10% discount plus a reminder that I had free shipping already. I managed to print it myself and went to UPS. Right before I sent it off they called to tell me they were canceling the whole order because they didn't want to work with me anymore after all the problems with their website.

Bought some pricey sunglasses almost a month ago and still haven't gotten them shipped. Contacted them asking when they'd go out and they promised the next few days. Never happened. At this point I'm thinking about disputing it with my credit card company because this feels like a scam.

Ordered three different frames and somehow got charged twice! My credit card statement showed over $800. Called customer service expecting an apology but just got a cold "yep, we charged you twice." Asked if they'd offer a discount or coupon for the stress of seeing that huge charge, but they said no because I'd already gotten a discount on the initial purchase. Pretty bad way to treat a customer.
