Five stars to this company for amazing customer service. They left out the mats when they sent my frames, but once I sent them an email they got the mats to me within two business days.

I get my artwork frames from Finerworks and the experience is always excellent. Placing an order is simple, their customer service team is helpful, and everything shows up securely packaged with zero problems. I've been buying from them for at least four years and would definitely recommend them.

Don't do it, artists! Their product is fantastic and the shipping is incredibly fast. The packaging is professional and solid. Those things are great. But their website is really frustrating. You can't zoom in on images without them getting all blurry and pixelated. You can't tell if your borders line up right, especially since artwork can get accidentally moved off center in design software at the last minute. I paid extra for them to color match in editing just to see what would happen, and somehow nobody caught that the image wasn't centered? I was willing to accept responsibility and just reorder. But there's no way to talk to an actual person, you're stuck emailing with customer service who barely reads their messages. I asked if they'd give me a twenty percent discount since I'd bought three expensive canvases just two days before they ran a twenty percent off sale on canvas. Seemed fair since I was also planning on printing another large canvas! But the response I got two days later just said no refunds. That's not what I asked for! Still haven't heard back and I'm on a tight deadline to get this printed. This company's not worth it. For what they're charging, you need to be able to talk to a real person about problems and the website needs to work a lot better.

Found this company randomly while searching for a place to print color images on porcelain tiles at reasonable prices to use on grave markers. I hit the jackpot with them in every way: good pricing, they ship around the world, and submitting orders was straightforward. Then they kept getting better: the delivery was quick, the packing was flawless, and the quality was fantastic with vibrant colors and a nice glossy finish. I'm really happy with this. Down the road I'll see if the colors hold up over time, but so far I'm extremely pleased.

Got some really nice frames to put my art prints in and I'm really pleased with them. The dimensions are perfect and the way they shipped and packaged everything is outstanding. They wrapped those frames so carefully that I spent about fifteen minutes just unwrapping them all. When I opened them up, they were in pristine condition.

I have hundreds of images I wanted to sell through a print-on-demand model. After checking out Finerworks' integration options and getting some really nice test prints of fine art work, I was ready to start my business with them. But then their server kept having problems accepting my files and they weren't willing to actually solve the issues on their side. I decided to go ahead anyway and started putting more images on their server. That's when it fell apart. One file kept getting rejected with a message saying the filename was too long and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I did what they suggested, made the filename shorter, took out hyphens and special characters, but the server still rejected it. Even worse, their support team didn't seem to actually read what I was telling them or look at the screenshots I sent. Instead they kept saying it was my filenames or my browser that was the problem, even though I'd already uploaded and printed huge files with similar names using that same browser without any trouble. The filename I was trying to use works fine on Mac and Windows, so I knew that wasn't the issue.
