Once she saw them, she immediately told me she was sending a replacement advent calendar. From beginning to end, everything was handled in about twenty to thirty minutes. Rochelle really went above and beyond anything I could've asked for. The whole experience shows this is a world class company that truly cares about their customers first. They're lucky to have someone like Rochelle on their team. This company definitely earned my loyalty for life.
