Foot Locker’s Return Policy

For online orders:

You have 45 days from the shipment date to return or exchange your items. Products must be unworn, in new condition, and include the original box and tags. You can return them by mail through the ReadyReturns portal or at any Foot Locker store.

For in-store purchases:

You also have 45 days from the purchase date to return or exchange. With a receipt, you’ll get a full refund or exchange. Without a receipt, you may still exchange the item, but it will be valued at the lowest selling price in the last 60 days.

Shipping fees aren’t refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

1. How many points can I earn each month?

You can earn up to 40,000 points per month from purchases and up to 1,250 points per month from engagement activities like surveys.

2. Can I share my points?

No. Points are only for your own FLX Rewards account. Each person can have one membership, and points cannot be transferred to others.

Worst Online Experience – Never Again

The best Minnie everrr

I had a great experience at Foot Locker! The store was well organized, and the staff was very helpful. I especially want to thank Kelmonnie, who helped me a lot and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Foot locker's customer service is truly…

Foot locker's customer service is truly unhelpful. Along with long customer service support wait times (An excuse for people to use chat bot) and call backs being non-existent, I've had a really poor experience trying to retrieve a package that was sent to the wrong address.

Bad Customer Service Experience

Came to ask where my parcel was as the tracking wasn't working and the Customer advisor clearly with no customer service skills. Was so rude "well if you needed it for christmas you should have ordered it earlier".. most places you can do next day delivery i ordered this 4 days ago. I didn't come through for a lecture i came through to find out why my tracking wasn't working and where the parcel was. Christmas is in 2 days. Gelino is the customer advisor

Awful

Sent the wrong size item, I had to reorder it and then after weeks of waiting they said it was out of stock! I went on the website and it was still showing as in stock but triple the price!! Customer service were incredibly unhelpful! Will never purchase from them again, absolutely useless

Awful awful experience. Such a shame to see a company I used to love go so downhill. Ordered for my daughter and they have just delayed and delayed and then eventually cancelled the order with no contact and no explanation.

Not happy did a return & footlocker.com has confirmed they received my return but has not refunded my money

Return a purchase made online on December 12th and the warehouse received my return but they haven't returned my money back. Im frustrated and not happy with my experience 😒
