Foot Locker’s Return Policy
For online orders:
You have 45 days from the shipment date to return or exchange your items. Products must be unworn, in new condition, and include the original box and tags. You can return them by mail through the ReadyReturns portal or at any Foot Locker store.
For in-store purchases:
You also have 45 days from the purchase date to return or exchange. With a receipt, you’ll get a full refund or exchange. Without a receipt, you may still exchange the item, but it will be valued at the lowest selling price in the last 60 days.
Shipping fees aren’t refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

You can earn up to 40,000 points per month from purchases and up to 1,250 points per month from engagement activities like surveys.

No. Points are only for your own FLX Rewards account. Each person can have one membership, and points cannot be transferred to others.
