Their customer support is basically impossible to reach. They claim to have business hours but nobody answers the phone, and emails take forever to get responses. When they finally did reply to my message, they told me to share my shopping cart even though the website had already cleared it out since they took so long responding. They completely ignored everything I wrote in my email and didn't even look at the detailed PDF diagram I attached showing exactly what I needed. Just asked me to "share your shopping cart" like that would help. I was really happy with my first order since I didn't need to talk to anyone, but now I'm incredibly disappointed in how they handle customer issues. If they can turn this around quickly, I might be willing to change my rating. Otherwise I'll just take my business somewhere that actually cares about customers.

This is awful! The site should warn people that you need to be a professional with massive hands and a full tool collection to make this work. Nothing easy about it whatsoever. It's ridiculously difficult and honestly not worth the money. They're also being weird about my review saying I need to provide the exact date, and I did exactly that but it keeps saying "give a date." Fix your website!

This was such a great experience and we'll definitely use them again. We had 6 smartphone photos we wanted on display in a gallery-style wall arrangement in our house. I compared several online options and Frame It Easy had everything we needed: custom sizing, tons of frame colors and styles, and the ability to upload our photos for printing on acid-free foamboard. Ordered online and within 11 days had a beautifully packaged box with all six finished pieces. We're thrilled with the results and the whole thing cost us about $300 shipped after using a discount code. I did have a couple of questions and got responses same day or the next morning. Great quality work and we're recommending them to everyone we know.

This review is about their customer service specifically since I'm still waiting for my order. Honestly some of the best customer service I've encountered in my years of buying stuff online. They get back to you via email super fast with real humans on the other end. They offer multiple solutions to work through any issues and are incredibly generous with their support. I've never left a review before but I was genuinely blown away by how smooth and kind they were to work with. Really appreciate everything you did!

I'm done with them. You need to make sure they understand what you actually want or you'll end up paying repeatedly for their mistakes. After my matting arrived cut wrong, they said they'd send the correct mat for just shipping costs. Please. I know a thing or two about this business and shipping, and there's no way matting costs more than a dollar while anything weighable ships for more than $10. They basically gave a masterclass in destroying customer loyalty and trust. Instead of saying "let's fix this for free," their attitude was "let's squeeze more money out of this customer." This is my third frame from them and my absolute last. Found a local framer who cut it correctly at no charge. She's getting my loyalty and gratitude from here on out. If your business cares more about profit than making customers happy, people will eventually figure it out and go elsewhere.

I ordered a custom frame sized at 10 1/2" x 11 1/2" and what arrived was 10" x 11 1/2". Completely wrong dimensions! Their response was that I must have missed something about the frame overlapping a quarter inch onto the artwork. But that was never explained when I was placing the order or measuring, and it doesn't explain where the other quarter inch went that they measured incorrectly. As for the return, I only get back what I paid for the frame itself, not the postage. After I paid to ship it back and they didn't cover their return postage, I'm out $32.17. That's a complete rip-off! Stay away from this place!

Excellent customer service here. I checked out Michael's and some other online framers before trying Frame it easy. My frame got here really fast and was simple to put together. One problem though - I was short a couple of the securing tabs that hold everything in place. When I contacted them about it, they shipped out a replacement part right away.
