My spouse and I got a pair of wooden salt and pepper shakers from here about a year back and they came in perfect shape. When we bought another set as a gift recently, it showed up in thin plastic with nicks and chips all over it. We let them know with photos and they sent a replacement, but the second set also had damage to the wood from being in a single layer plastic bag. It's clear their shipping team doesn't really care about protecting items. We won't be coming back to shop here.
