The photos and product descriptions could be a lot more accurate. I reached out to customer support about this but never heard back from them. Still giving five stars though because I'm a big fan of this store and the team behind it. I'm definitely a repeat customer, just felt let down when what showed up didn't match the pictures or descriptions provided.
