Once your return arrives at the warehouse, Gilt will email you to confirm receipt. Merchandise credit typically appears in your Gilt account within 3–5 business days. Refunds to your original payment method may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution's policies. Gilt reserves the right to charge your payment method on file if a return is later found to violate the policy or is deemed fraudulent.

A number of items on the site are clearly labeled as "Final Sale" in the product description, and this designation may also appear on your packing slip. These items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. They will not appear in the list of merchandise you can select to return.

Glass half full customer here

Im surprised at all the negative reviews. I have not had a bad experience at all. I've purchased from Gilt several times 5 to 10 roughly. I bought a Noize coats and needed a different size. No problems return was smooth and so was the repurchase. Ive bought gifts and clothing etc. And actually one item, a toy that was supposed to be non returnable came damaged and they sent a new one and didnt have to send back the damaged one. Ive bought Tory Burch bag and a Mackage coat both appear to be quality and authentic. Thought Id share my positive experiences since everyone else is so eager beaver to point out negative ones.

I have been shopping on this website…For years and I LOVE IT

I have been shopping on this website for years. I see some people have negative reviews but I’ve never had any problems with this website they have actually gone out of their way to help me. There are times when I order something and it’s not what I expected. When I call consumer service they are always wonderful and kind very helpful. Just yesterday I wanted to return a shirt that I bought when I spoke to them they told me not to worry about returning it and they gave me a credit that was more money than what I spent on the shirt. I thought that was unbelievable that they did that for me ! I don’t know if any other websites that would give you a credit to buy something else for more money than you actually spent. The person who said they received a damaged item should have called customer service. I always check google to see if these websites have phone numbers. Most times they do. I hope people read this so if they have a problem next time they’ll call customer service. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH GILT I LOVE SHOPPING WITH YOUR WEBSITE!!!

Very positive experience

I'm really surprised how bad reviews this website is getting. I have ordered already twice with them and I have nothing but praises. Products were in excellent conditions, delivery was quicker than estimated time. Luckily I did not have to return anything, maybe that would change my mind. I ordered 3 tshirts from James Perse and ATM . It was shipped on 01/04. Tracking was at awaiting dispatch for several days so I contacted customer care. I always got a reply. After a week's time DHL express sent me an email w/ tracking info and all in all my package got here in 10 days. That's international shipping. Package was handled with care. Products are authentic. I'm just very happy because everything was as described and I only paid a third of the price it would have cost me otherwise. My experience was great and I'll be back for more🥰

I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. I think GILT is like finding the Holy Grail of trendy, classic, high dollar fashion, beauty, home etc. etc. at a discounted price. I loooooove their website.I have ordered from GILT tons and have never had a problem with a delay etc. I also have returned items and also, never had any issues. Sorry for the issues people have gone through, but GILT is my all time favorite online shopping site!

Will continue ordering from Guilt

I see a lot of reviews here that are negative, and just wanted to say I’ve had a great experience from guilt. I received one broken piece of glassware I was refunded for, and one wrong item that I never followed up on (I was being lazy and liked the other item as well). Customer service was super helpful when I needed them. Most recently I ordered a pair of shoes that the brand listed as unixex sizing. I was 50/50 on whether or not I’d receive the right size, especially since they were listed on the men’s side of the store as well. But I received the right size and couldn’t be happier.
