Gilt Return Policy

Refunds to your original payment method may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution's policies. Gilt reserves the right to charge your payment method on file if a return is later found to violate the policy or is deemed fraudulent.
A number of items on the site are clearly labeled as "Final Sale" in the product description, and this designation may also appear on your packing slip. These items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. They will not appear in the list of merchandise you can select to return.

If your order status already shows as shipped, cancellation is impossible. You should check your Order History immediately after purchasing to see the status. If you used ApplePay, PayPal, or Afterpay, no changes can be made to the shipping address.
