By the 23rd I was done trying to reach their customer service since nobody picks up the phone or returns calls. I sent an email asking to cancel since it wouldn't arrive in time. Their response was that it was too late to cancel, but then they shipped it out two days later on Christmas Eve. They had the chance to stop the order but chose not to. When it finally got to me, I refused it and sent it back. It's still sitting at a distribution center. Their return and exchange policies are terrible. Stay away from this company. It's a total scam!
