Absolutely horrendous experience. I had left items in my shopping cart without finishing the purchase. The next day, I got an email saying an order went through that I never submitted. I immediately reached out to support explaining this wasn't me and requesting a cancellation. They said they'd look into it and figure it out, then completely disappeared. After getting ignored on multiple follow-up emails, I get notified that the package shipped and my card was charged. I've now spent over an hour chatting with their support team and still have zero resolution. This feels like straight up fraud.

The smell is absolutely off putting, like strong curry spice. Definitely not ordering this again.

This is clearly a manufacturing problem, not normal use damage. I sent three separate emails with photos, videos, and purchase proof, but got absolutely nothing back. No acknowledgment, no response, no fix. It's shocking that a brand claiming to be luxury won't actually back up what they're selling. At this point it seems like the whole operation is built on hype and marketing rather than quality or integrity. Honestly this company needs some serious media attention about how they treat customers. They don't even do the basics of responding, especially when you're spending serious money on luxury stuff. It's just not right.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Got hit with seventy-one dollars in duties at checkout with assurances nothing else would be due at delivery. Then my DHL delivery person tells me there's an additional hundred three fifty-five that I supposedly didn't pay and sends proof showing it. Multiple emails to the company get ignored. When I call customer service it's just an automated message saying to email different departments instead. They won't pick up the phone and there's no chat option on their site like they claim. And get this: their return policy says they keep all duties and taxes if you send something back. How is that fair when they're saying those charges weren't collected to begin with? But I'm unsubscribing and won't order again unless they actually fix this mess and show some goodwill for putting me through this nightmare.
